Jackie wanted a task completed that she considered urgent (something to “make her look good” – important to Jackie, not the department), so she said to the lost soul:

This is a priority, you need to jump.

Managers/Directors, do not do that. Jackie has already lost the respect of everyone in the department and has made it worse by telling a seasoned professional to “jump” when she wants something.

Par for the course.

In fantastic anti-authoritarian fashion, this circus animal didn’t jump. It bit her, which has, obviously, enraged her and started a vendetta. Not a problem. Watching her trying to be smart and, laughably, subtle amidst her malice is more entertaining than Netflix. You all know it.
